About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our local construction team for projects in the Park Rapids area. Responsibilities include preparing construction sites, moving building materials, operating hand tools, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining clean work zones while strictly adhering to safety guidelines.
Requirements
Make on-site such as building scaffolding, etc.
Assist construction workers and supervisors with clean-up, supplying tools and carrying materials.
Operating equipment.
Loading and unloading building materials.
Take and adhere to all health and safety precaution.
Conscientious with great attention to detail.
Must have a positive attitude, be motivated, be a team player, honest, trustworthy, dependable and a very strong work ethic.
Able to work efficiently in a team setting or independently.
